To upload your headshot for MLS-Touch you need to change or add your photo on miamirealtors.mysolidearth.com (or any branded MLS-Touch embed), just upload it in your MLS system and MLS-Touch will pick it up automatically (usually within 24 hours).

If you’re on Matrix (CoreLogic):

1. Log into Matrix and go to Add/Edit → Roster

2. Click Edit Existing, enter your MLS ID and hit Modify

3. Click Manage Photos, browse to select your head-shot, then Certify & Save

4. Allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync into MLS-Touch.

If you’re on OneKey MLS (Hawaii, etc.):

1. Go to the MLS-Touch mobile portal (e.g. https://us.prospects.com/prospects/mlstouch/logon.do)

2. Log in, select Account Info

3. Click the + under “My Agent Picture,” size it to about 120 × 120 px, and Save

4. Then under Header Manager hit Upload a new image and save — again, give it up to a day to appear in MLS-Touch hicentralmls.zendesk.com

Once your MLS feed has been updated, your new photo will display everywhere MLS-Touch is branded with your agent profile — including on your miamirealtors.mysolidearth.com site.
