1% Monthly Residual Income

Real estate listing agents have the opportunity to enroll properties in our LPS Program for renting, earning 1% of the monthly market rent for the entire duration of their participation. This is an extra incentive on top of the commissions already earned through your listing agreements with property owners.

Furthermore, if you provide properties that are not currently listed on the MLS, you can still earn a recurring monthly income from those properties.

Property Owners

Property Owners & Sellers: Earn 10% Above Market Rent or Market Value

Owners of properties included in our LPS program are eligible to receive 10% above the prevailing market rent. For instance, let’s consider a property situated in Miami Beach with a monthly market rent of $90,000. In this scenario, we would provide you, the property owner, an additional $9,000 on top of the $90,000 market rent, resulting in a total payment of $99,000.00.

For properties that are priced higher than the average market rent in that particular area, we are open to making exceptions. Feel free to submit your property today, and upon review, we will extend an offer to you.

In addition, if you decide to sell your property, we are pleased to present an offer of 10% above the prevailing market value at the point when we exercise our option. This offer will be subject to deductions for any deposits or rent that have already been paid to you.

About our program

We offer businesses the opportunity to access luxurious properties for their corporate events. As part of our LPS Members program, you’ll gain monthly access to these properties, allowing you to host your own events for a day. Our facilities also include Yachts and high-end vehicles on-site for your use.

When you choose to join our program and generate additional income from your property, we enter into a one-year master lease agreement. This grants us complete access to the property, subject only to city or association restrictions, if any. We prefer properties without restrictive associations that may hinder gatherings or parties.

Our program provides exclusive access to businesses and corporations, enabling them to host various events such as corporate gatherings, networking functions, and brand launches. Larger properties are even suitable for extravagant wedding ceremonies and upscale outdoor events. Throughout the process, our Event Specialist will work closely with each client to ensure a successful event. We prioritize responsible conduct and aim to mitigate any potential liabilities.
