We use a proprietary trading platform developed by one of the owners of LPS, who has over 30 years of trading experience and is an automated trading system developer. This platform has been meticulously developed over years and facilitates generating additional passive income effortlessly.

Luxury Property Solutions is committed to bearing the risks associated with trading, providing a unique opportunity for LPS clients. We invest up to 50% of our earnings from your real estate transactions into our own trading account at our own risk. Clients do not need to invest any of their funds, and we do not accept outside investments on our platforms.   1. Representation: Clients appoint us as their exclusive real estate broker for their transactions.
  2. Our Contribution: We contribute up to 50% of our net real estate commissions into a trading account.
  3. Profit Sharing: We split any profits from the automated trading system 50/50 with the client.
  4. Principal Payments: Up to 50% of the profits is directly applied to clients’ mortgage principal balance.

We understand that trading involves risks, which is why Luxury Property Solutions takes on these risks for you. Our innovative Principal Paydown Program aims to help you achieve your financial goals without requiring any direct investment from you.

  1. Referral Fee:

    • Partner shall pay LPS a one-time, non-refundable referral fee of $1,500 upon execution of this Agreement, payable via invoice through PayPal.
    • Partner shall pay LPS an ongoing monthly fee of $55 for IDX integration services to their website, payable via invoice through PayPal.
    • Upon execution of this Agreement, Partner will receive $150,000 worth of LPS Tokens, which are traded on PancakeSwap on the Binance Smart Chain.

  2. Referral Commissions:

    • LPS agrees to pay Partner 50% of the net commissions earned from successful real estate transactions resulting from Partner’s referrals. The net commission is defined as the total commission received by LPS after the payment of all due amounts to LPS brokers and agents.

  3. Principal Paydown Program (PPP):

    • LPS may offer clients referred by Partner the option to participate in the Principal Paydown Program (PPP), a separate agreement between LPS and the client. The PPP cannot achieve its intended results without the utilization of LPS’s proprietary platform.
    • PPP Investments: Both parties agree to share in the Principal Paydown Program investments, with each party contributing 50% of the commissions.
    • PPP Profits: Profits from the PPP investments will be shared equally (50%) between LPS and Partner.
      • Net profits from the PPP investment shall be paid out as follows:
        • 50% to the client’s principal balance.
        • 50% to LPS and Partner.
    • Termination of PPP Investment: The PPP investment will terminate under the following conditions:
      • When the client sells their property.
      • When the principal balance on the client’s mortgage has been paid off.
      • When there is a mutual agreement among all parties to terminate the investment.

  4. Payment of Referral Fees:

    • Referral fees will be paid to Partner after the closing of a successful real estate transaction and receipt of the commission by LPS.
    • Payments will be made either by LPS check or wire transfer, as agreed upon by the parties.

  5. Confidentiality and Use of Trading Bots:

    • All information related to the trading bots used for the PPP is strictly confidential.
    • Partner is allowed one (1) personal account with a copier connected to LPS’s proprietary platform. Sharing or adding additional copiers is strictly prohibited.
    • By leveraging the Principal Paydown Program and referring clients to LPS, partners can significantly enhance their earnings and provide their clients with a valuable service that aids in debt settlement and financial stability. This collaborative approach not only benefits the clients but also ensures that partners receive substantial returns from their referrals.

  6. Independent Contractors:

    • The parties acknowledge that they are acting as independent contractors and that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between them.

  7. Termination:

    • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days written notice to the other party.
