Before paying
- Complete the application with your required phone and email, current work or school schedule, preferred daily 2–4-hour blocks, and Florida real estate license status and target date.
- Read the program details and obtain the written cancellation/refund and enrollment terms from the team. Confirm office availability first if that is important to your decision.
- Pay the one-time $500 amount through PayPal and keep the receipt. If your payer name/email differs from the application, contact the team with your application reference and PayPal transaction reference—never send card details or passwords.
Prefer cash, check or crypto?
We also accept cash, checks and cryptocurrency as alternatives to PayPal, debit card or credit card. You must request payment instructions individually for the method you want to use before making your payment.

For cash, request a handover arrangement and receipt. For checks, request the exact payee and delivery instructions. For crypto, request the accepted currency, network, amount and receiving address for your specific payment before sending funds.
What happens next?
We will speak with you individually to arrange a suitable schedule. Classes will group people with similar availability around work or school. Preferred learning/trading blocks are 2–4 hours a day; the team confirms your class schedule and start date. Beginners are welcome; experience is not required.
Step 2 / $4,500 invoiced when class starts
The remaining $4,500 will be invoiced to you when your class starts. This page collects only the initial $500. It does not create an automatic charge for the balance.
