What’s included in the LPSEstimate suite?
Automated CMA for listed properties, a seller-focused “My Home’s Value” funnel, and an optional School Finder that keeps buyers on your site.
Does this work nationwide?
It works anywhere you (or your brokerage) have an active IDX agreement with your local MLS/Association. We connect to the IDX feed your site is approved for (via your vendor’s API key or credentials). If you belong to multiple MLS boards, we can connect to each with additional setup. Outside of MLS areas you’re subscribed to, live listing/comp data won’t be available.
Why is this better than Zillow or Realtor.com?
It’s white-label on your domain (no competitor ads), tuned to your local market, and fed by your IDX. Our AI-assisted comp selection and search parameters are calibrated for your price bands and property types, then integrated with your CRM for immediate follow-up. You own the first-party data. What MLS/IDX permissions do I need?
You must request/confirm your site’s IDX display/API approval with your MLS/Association or IDX vendor. We’ll need the approval email and/or API credentials to connect. We respect your MLS display rules and attribution requirements.
Will it work with my CRM and automations?
Yes—Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, HubSpot, and more via webhook/Zapier/Make. We can also export leads to CSV if needed.
Can I customize branding?
Yes—logo, colors, copy, and CTAs are fully customizable.
How accurate are the estimates?
Accuracy depends on data availability (active/pending/sold comps, rental comps) and local market volatility. We expose ranges and confidence context and always encourage a full agent CMA for pricing decisions. This is a valuation aid—not an appraisal.
Do you support rentals and investor analysis?
Yes. When enabled, LAMA adds rental comps and an investor calculator (cash flow, break-even). For arbitrage markets, you can configure nightly rate/occupancy assumptions.
What if my MLS restricts sold data?
We’ll follow your MLS rules. If sold data is limited, we use the best allowed mix of active/pending listings and public records where permissible. We’ll note any limitations in the UI.
How fast is setup?
Typically live within a few days after we receive brand assets, IDX approval/credentials, and CRM details.
Will this slow down my site?
No. The widgets are lightweight, lazy-loaded, and cached. They won’t block rendering and are optimized for Elementor/WordPress.
