Job Description

We are seeking ambitious Sales Representatives to sell LPSEstimate software directly to real estate agents and brokerages.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cold call real estate agents and brokers.
  • Present and demonstrate LPSEstimate modules and benefits.
  • Close sales and submit simple order details.
  • Follow up with prospects and track interest.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and closing skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and short demos.
  • Reliable internet and phone for remote work.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Flat 30% Commission Plan

Sales representatives earn a straightforward 30% commission on every LPSEstimate software package sold. No tiers — just your sales and your income.

Extra Earnings for Licensed Real Estate Agents

If you also hold an active real estate license and are aligned with Luxury Property Solutions, LLC as your broker (where applicable), you can earn even more on the real estate side of our business.

  • Up to 10% of real estate commissions from agent referrals: When you bring in an outside agent who refers a client or deal to us and that referral closes, you can earn up to 10% of the commissions generated from those referred transactions, because you are a licensed real estate professional.
  • 10% of the up-front fee on those referrals: For qualified programs where we charge clients an up-front fee (for example, creative deal structure, valuation, or representation retainers) that came through those outside agents you brought in, you can also earn 10% of the up-front fee.
  • Why the license matters: If you are not licensed, you cannot participate in these commission-based overrides tied to real estate transactions or up-front fees. Having your license makes it possible to share in this additional income stream.

These bonus earnings are separate from your 30% LPSEstimate software commissions and are structured in compliance with real estate regulations. Full details are provided in our written commission and brokerage agreements.

Why We Require a Real Estate License

  • Compliance first: Any activity that earns a real estate commission must be done through a licensed agent under a broker.
  • Clean, trackable payouts: When you are licensed under LPS as your broker, your real estate–related commissions are paid directly to you through our brokerage.
  • No sharing with outside brokers: If you’re licensed with LPS, we don’t need to run your commission through a third-party broker.

Are you a realtor? You can earn commissions — effectively cash back — on your own purchase via affiliate link.

Referral Bonuses — Direct, Level 2, Level 3

Earn 30% on your own sales, plus team overrides: 6% on Level 2 (your recruits) and 4% on Level 3 (their recruits). Every active person is expected to make at least 1 sale per day (typical month = 22 workdays), which multiplies your earnings as your team grows.

How earnings scale (illustrative, 22-workday month)

  • You: 1 sale/day → 22 sales of $5,000 bundle → 22 × $5,000 × 30% = $33,000.
  • Level 2: 5 recruits, each 1 sale/day → 110 sales of $5,000 bundle → 110 × $5,000 × 6% = $33,000.
  • Level 3: those 5 each recruit 2 (→ 10 reps), each 1 sale/day → 220 sales of $3,000 module → 220 × $3,000 × 4% = $26,400.

Sample month total = $33,000 + $33,000 + $26,400 = $92,400.

What is “Projected Recurring”? It’s the stacked monthly income from clients who add the $100/mo IT Service. Your commission applies to that $100 (30% Direct, 6% Level 2, 4% Level 3) on every qualifying sale. Each month you add new subscribers, so your MRR grows. The projection multiplies this month’s new MRR by the number of months you keep selling, assuming no churn. (The LPS Schools add-on is a one-time $1,000 and does not pay recurring.)
