Web Implementation & Onboarding Specialist (LPSEstimate)

Help real estate agents go live with LPSEstimate—our valuation & conversion software—by installing, configuring, and QA’ing it on their existing websites. You’ll handle the end-to-end setup: site embed, forms & routing, SMS/Email activation, analytics, and basic DNS records for deliverability. No inventory handling; this is a pure software enablement role.

What You’ll Do

  • Embed LPSEstimate widgets/snippets on agent sites (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, custom).
  • Configure lead capture: forms, hidden fields, UTM capture, consent/TCPA copy.
  • Set up SMS/voice/email providers (e.g., Twilio for phone/SMS; SendGrid/Mailgun/SES for email); verify domains and keys.
  • Add DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for deliverability; test with seed inboxes.
  • Connect webhooks/Zapier/Make to CRMs (HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Implement analytics: Google Tag Manager, GA4 events, meta pixel; verify conversions fire.
  • Basic CSS/HTML adjustments so embeds match the agent’s brand and load fast.
  • QA on mobile/desktop; page-speed checks; accessibility basics (labels, contrast, focus).
  • Create short handoff notes & loom-style walkthroughs; track installs in our ticketing tool.

Must-Have Skills

  • Fluent with WordPress (themes, child themes, page builders), plus Squarespace/Wix/Webflow embeds.
  • Solid HTML/CSS, light JavaScript (copy/paste snippets, init options, troubleshooting console errors).
  • DNS basics: TXT/CNAME/MX records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain verification.
  • Forms & integrations: Zapier/Make, webhooks, API keys/secrets, GTM containers.
  • Analytics: GA4 events, pixel install, testing with Tag Assistant.
  • Clear client comms, checklists, and precise documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real estate CRMs (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, Real Geeks, Chime).
  • Basic SEO/technical: canonical tags, sitemaps, noindex, Core Web Vitals.
  • Light design skills for on-brand widget styling.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Time-to-Live: Avg. install from ticket open to go-live < 2 business days.
  • First-Lead Test: 100% of installs fire a test lead to CRM + email/SMS within 30 minutes of go-live.
  • Quality: < 3% re-open rate due to tracking or deliverability issues.
  • Performance: No CLS/JS errors; CWV unaffected (<50ms long tasks added by our snippet).

  1. Add our sample embed to a WordPress page (or Webflow page) and style a button to trigger it.
  2. Publish GTM container with a custom event lps_lead_submit and test via Tag Assistant.
  3. Configure a test webhook → Zapier to Google Sheet; show the payload with UTM params.

Role Details

  • Type: Contract-to-hire or FT; remote (US time-zones preferred).
  • Comp: Per-install bounty + hourly for complex DNS/CRM work; FT salary available.
  • Tools: Slack, Linear/Jira, Notion, GTM, GA4, Zapier/Make, Twilio, SendGrid/Mailgun/SES.
  • Support: We provide checklists, snippets, and direct access to the product team.
