You must obtain and maintain a Florida real estate license and affiliate with our brokerage for the combined opportunity. You can also choose to focus on real estate without trading.

Learn with support
The post-graduation model uses four-person teams, four-hour shifts and chief-trader support. Access depends on review and authorization.

The $500 initial payment goes toward company real estate program registration and Trader Realtor Program access. The remaining $4,500 is invoiced when your class starts. Total: $5,000 USD; no automatic balance charge. This is the Realtor Trader program price, not an LPS Quant membership, and does not include Quant suite access.

RESEARCH SUPPORT / TEAM PREPARATION
AI-researched trading recommendations for the team
Our team receives AI-researched trading recommendations to help organize market research and prepare for trading sessions. The Team Trade Plan dashboard brings together candidate trading windows, symbols, directional ideas, historical test figures, time-zone conversion and an Asian-session liquidity guide.
Use the plan as a starting point for discussion with the chief trader and for checking setups with the supplied MT5 tools. Before acting, confirm the current market, broker clock, spreads, news, entry conditions and approved risk limits. A scheduled window or BUY/SELL label is a research idea, not an instruction to enter automatically.
AI research can be wrong or outdated. The dashboard displays some very small historical samples, including 2/2 results; a displayed 100% historical win rate is not a reliable probability of future success. We have not independently validated those figures here. Current team authorization and account risk rules govern execution.

Can I learn from home?
Yes. Home is the preferred arrangement. Limited Brickell office space may be requested; confirm availability with the team.
What if I need more practice?
An unsuccessful first assessment means more lessons and practice, not personal failure. Discuss reassessment scheduling and any related fees before enrolling.
Is this a retail funded-account challenge?
The program is described as brokerage affiliation, education and supervised company trading, not the purchase of a personal funded account. Company risk rules and written terms still apply. Read the detailed comparison.
Can I choose real estate only?
Yes. You may focus on real estate under the brokerage affiliation terms. Discuss the appropriate fees and requirements for your chosen path.
