If Carlyne sent you this link, this is your starting point for working together on a short-term rental (STR) project. Whether you plan to buy, rent, or evaluate a property you already own, the portal keeps your goals, property details, questions and next steps in one place.

After setting up access, share your preferred areas, buy-or-rent plans, budget range and timing so your agent understands your priorities.

02 · Organize your project

Keep property information and ordinary supporting documents together for your agent’s review. Uploading a document does not mean it or a property is approved.

03 · Stay connected

View your checklist and assigned tasks, follow review progress, and save questions for Carlyne.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A simple way to begin.

  1. Confirm your introduction. Enter your name and email on Carlyne’s invitation form and confirm you want to share your project information with LPS.
  2. Set up access and sign in. Follow the password setup instructions shown after submission. Already have an LPS account? Sign in first and reopen Carlyne’s link to confirm your project.
  3. Complete “My information.” Add your goals, then use Properties, Documents, Next steps and Ask my agent as your project develops.

Getting started does not charge you, create a commission, or approve an STR operation. Property suitability, local rules, association restrictions and required permissions need separate review. Do not upload identity documents, tax returns or bank records to this portal.
