How the Program Works

50% Direct
We pay 50% of the brokerage commission Luxury Property Solutions receives on direct referrals (your client).
25% Indirect
We pay 25% on indirect referrals—future business from clients you originally referred.
Recruiting
Recruit an agent and earn 10% of the Broker’s net company dollar from that agent’s closed transactions.
Recruited out-of-state referral-only agents are treated just like you: they also earn 50% / 25% on their own referrals to Luxury Property Solutions.
Paid to Brokerage
All referral/recruiting compensation is paid to your brokerage within 30 days after Luxury Property Solutions receives funds at closing (or per a written recruiting agreement).
Affiliate Link
After we verify your license and approve you, we’ll issue your Affiliate ID and link. You’ll refer clients using your link so every deal tracks to you automatically.

Assuming a standard 3% total commission to Luxury Property Solutions (you can change it below).

Licensure & Legal (Summary)

Florida Law
Compensation may be shared only with properly licensed brokers/associates; no fees to unlicensed persons (F.S. 475.25(1)(h)).
Out-of-State
Florida brokers may share with out-of-state/foreign brokers if they don’t perform real estate services in Florida.
RESPA §8
No kickbacks/thing-of-value for settlement-service referrals on federally related mortgage loans.
Payment Timing
All referral/recruiting compensation is paid within 30 days after Luxury Property Solutions receives commission funds at closing (or per written recruiting agreement).

Terms & Consent
By participating in the Luxury Property Solutions Referral & Recruiting Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • Referral compensation is paid broker-to-broker (or to a licensee’s permitted entity) only; no payments to unlicensed individuals.
  • Out-of-state/foreign brokers may be paid if they do not perform Florida real estate services on the transaction.
  • Your referral fees are 50% (direct) and 25% (indirect) of the brokerage commission Luxury Property Solutions receives.
  • Recruiting bonus is 10% of the Broker’s net company dollar from the recruited agent’s closed transactions, paid from company funds (not from another agent’s split).
  • Recruited out-of-state referral-only agents earn the same 50% / 25% on their own referrals; your 10% company-dollar bonus applies to their qualifying closings.
  • All compensation is paid within 30 days after Luxury Property Solutions receives commission funds at closing (or per written recruiting agreement).
  • You consent to electronic records and signatures (E-SIGN) and certify you are properly licensed to receive referral compensation in your jurisdiction.
